Terms and Conditions

Last updated October 24, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply when you use the inPlace website or ask us about membership. By using the website or submitting your details, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who we are

The website is operated by inPlace ("inPlace", "we", "us"). inPlace helps people live well at home by pairing members with a Concierge Manager who coordinates people and services. You can reach us at Vivek Krishnaswamy (vivek@inplacenh.org).

Asking about membership

When you complete our membership inquiry form (not currently offered on the website), you ask us to contact you about membership. Submitting the form does not create a membership or any obligation to buy. Membership, its services and any fees are set out in a separate agreement that you would review and accept before anything begins.

Please give accurate details and only submit a phone number that you are allowed to use. If you submit details on behalf of someone else, make sure you have their permission.

Calls and text messages

By ticking the box on the membership inquiry form, you agree that inPlace may call or text the number you give us about your membership inquiry, including with automated text messages. Agreeing is not a condition of buying anything.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text from inPlace to stop texts from that number. For help, contact us at Vivek Krishnaswamy (vivek@inplacenh.org). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You can also ask us to stop calling you at any time.

Not an emergency service

inPlace is not an emergency, medical or 24-hour monitoring service and does not provide medical, legal or financial advice. In an emergency, call 911.

Using the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to access parts of it you are not authorized to use, interfering with its operation, submitting false or automated requests, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Staff areas of the website are for authorized inPlace staff only.

The website and its content belong to inPlace or its licensors. You may view it for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party services

Introductions to independent service providers are made for your convenience. Those providers are responsible for their own services, and their own terms apply to them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, inPlace makes no warranties about the website, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. It forms part of these Terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we record which version you agreed to.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
