Control Your Data
Your information will belong to you. You’ll see all of it, see who looked, and fix or delete it. Anything beyond caring for you needs your yes. Never sold.
Read our five data promises
- See it all. Your complete record will always be open to you.
- See who looked. Every time someone opens your record, you’ll see who, when, and why. That includes our staff, CAM (our assistant), and the companies we work with. If anything looks wrong, flag it and a person will answer you.
- Fix or delete it. Change anything that’s wrong. Delete anything you want. A few records the law requires us to keep will be marked with the reason and the date we’ll delete them.
- You decide about the rest. We’ll use your information to improve inPlace only if you say yes, and only combined with many other households. You can stop at any time.
- Never sold.
Cooperative Ownership
When you become a member, you’ll become one of inPlace’s owners. Success will mean members living well at home, not growth for outside shareholders.
Local and Community
Your concierge and community manager will live and work near you. Our partners will be local, so what you spend stays close to home.
